Meet the Chef
I grew up on the Indianapolis Eastside and graduated from Scecina high School in 1982. I went on to Study Industrial
Drafting at Ivy Tech State College where I received my Associates Degree in 1986. After college, I accepted a position
with INDOT in 1987. I left INDOT in 2008 to pursue a career in Culinary Arts. I learned to cook from my Mom
and Grandma and decided to attend Culinary school. I attended my first class in January 2005 and have cooked a wide variety
of foods and cuisines. Right now I enjoy cooking authenic Mexican food. I have also cooked Itatlian, French, South American,
BBQ, and Asian. I also studied Baking and Pastry arts and am also serv-safe certified.
